Fantastic location and view .

A couple of Marianne issues but these were brought to the manager attention and was addressed immediately .

The place was very clen comfortable and roomy. And the location was amazing. It didn't have a pool which would have been good but the ocean was 10 steps away

If your definition of luxury means hearing the waves crashing, watching the sunset from a prime position, being only metres from the beach entrance, and feeling the envious eyes on you as you walk back from the beach to your apartment—then this is the place for you!

Where to start? You turn the key and open the door to dirty, mouldy curtains that are falling off their hooks—and during our stay, the hooks continued to break off one by one. The kitchen itself looks nice enough at first glance, but the amenities don't really match what I would expect from accommodation described as luxury. There is no dishwasher or oven, and the fridge is extremely small for an apartment that accommodates up to eight people. The appliances consist of a basic plastic kettle and plastic Kmart-style toaster. Most of the dishes we went to use were not clean, so we found ourselves washing things before we could use them. We were provided with one dirty sponge, some dishwashing liquid and one tea towel. There was no bench spray or cleaning cloth provided. The living area was adequate. The couches and coffee table were fine. The TV was small and the picture quite dull. Of course, you don't come here to watch TV, but when you're winding down at night, it would be nice to have a decent one. The Wi-Fi was also terrible during our stay. I'm not sure whether this is an issue with the apartment itself or simply the location, but it was very unreliable and difficult to use. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious but has only a double bed, which surprised me for accommodation advertised as luxury. A queen-sized bed would comfortably fit in the room. The bedding felt more like hospital-style linen, and the top sheet was folded over the quilt, meaning the quilt itself was exposed during use. The shelving inside the cupboards was chipped and falling, and there was only one bedside lamp, so only one person could comfortably read at night. The second bedroom has two single beds, a broken lamp and no cupboard or hanging space at all. The third bedroom had aluminium blinds that were damaged, with pieces sticking out in different directions.
