Diamond Place 1 is a spacious ground floor absolute beachfront apartment perfectly positioned in Tugun. Step straight from your private patio onto the golden sands of Tugun Beach and enjoy relaxed coastal living just moments from the ocean.
Bright, comfortable and filled with natural light, the apartment offers stunning ocean views, refreshing sea breezes and a peaceful beachfront setting ideal for couples, families and retirees alike.
The main bedroom features a king bed and beautiful ocean views, while the second bedroom includes two king single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for families or small groups.
The open-plan living area is designed for relaxed holiday living, complete with Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and direct access to the covered beachfront patio — the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the surf roll in or take in spectacular Gold Coast sunrises and sunsets.
A lovely sunroom provides an additional space to relax and can be fully enclosed with plantation shutters for comfort on cooler or windy days.
The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for an easy holiday stay, including a dishwasher, cooktop, oven and microwave, along with ample storage and preparation space.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 9 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
