Blue Pacific 1 is a classic beachside unit, located on the ground floor in central Tugun and is only a stone's throw from trendy cafes, shops, restaurants and beautiful Tugun beach!
The neat and tidy unit offers cool tiles throughout and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The open plan living area includes comfortable loungeroom with smart TV and Wi-Fi and dining area to enjoy meals inside. There's also an enclosed patio, which is the perfect spot to read a book in the afternoon sun.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both rooms have ceiling fans for year round comfort. The retro pink bathroom offers shower, toilet and laundry facilities including washing machine (no dryer).
Blue Pacific 1 provides off street parking for one car, so you can park the car and explore the local area on foot.
The unit is located in the heart of Tugun with a whole range of cafes, restaurants, shops and conveniences on your doorstop. Tugun beach offers great conditions for swimming and surfing and there's also the Oceanway Path which offers a long, flat and very scenic walk along the coast in either direction.
Located on the ground floor, this is a perfect unit for retirees escaping the cold southern winters and anyone looking for an affordable beachside holiday in the heart of Tugun!

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 12 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

The unit in Tugun was in a great location and had two good sized bedrooms. The unit was very practical and we enjoyed having a kitchen/washing machine on our stay.
The bed in the master is on wheels and on tiles so as soon as you sit onto the bed it slides. The plumbing was making loud noises throughout the night which was a little annoying.
