This spacious second-floor apartment (walk-up access only, no lift) provides a bright and welcoming retreat for couples, families or friends seeking an easy beachside getaway. The open-plan living area features a Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and comfortable furnishings, while the adjoining dining area captures stunning ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, makes holiday living effortless.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, making the apartment ideal for families or small groups. The property also includes a spacious bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and full laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer for added convenience during longer stays.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. The office is approximately a 13-minute drive south of the property and around 6 minutes from Gold Coast Airport.

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
