Modern, spacious, comfortable unit with beautiful views. Ducted aircon was welcome as we stayed in December and we felt very safe. Happy to take our own linen.
A few items were a bit worn, but they still worked - kitchen tap, air con pad, balcony shutters.

Nicely built unit with nice finishes. Spacious. Terrific views. Double glazed on highway side. Individual garage doors inside basement and large garage area was a nice surprise. 65" TV. Clean. Well maintained complex. Handy lift. Extra outdoor area with small clotheslines was very practical.
Furniture a bit cheap. Couch was large but uncomfortable. Portable robe in main bed was weird - should be built in. External louvres to outdoor area seized. Bed 2 missing bedhead. No linen provided! Driving to the far end of Coolangatta to collect and hand back keys was a bit of a pain. Hard to find garbage chute (not signed anywhere). Access to locks for pool gate and gate to beach could be better (had to contort yourself upside down to use).
