A great place for families, with wonderful facilities for kids. We really liked the private courtyard in front of our accommodation and the beautiful flowers and gardens all around.
The atmosphere of the on-site restaurant could have been better (the music was too loud and not to our taste and the television was always on, showing the news and often not suitable for young children.) While the room was nice, there was visible wear and tear.

Nature areas and hotel decoration are amazing!
Pools are very nice and not crowded.
Inside pool was our main spot - very nice!
Dinner at the restaurant was good quality/value.
Breakfast is sufficient - some things might run out of stock if you are late ;)

Great location within a quiet area but not far from the centre of Guimarães.
Very comfortable beds and very pleasant amenities . The indoor heated pool is a plus , especially when you have kids. Very good breakfast.

Beautiful and cozy territory with a relaxing design — you can really feel the “reset” mood here. The restaurant is great, and the fire pit area looks like a perfect spot for cozy evenings.
I also had a wonderful massage (aroma full body + Indian head) — it helped release tension.
Two friendly cats visited us in the evening — such a sweet and memorable detail 😌
A few small things were missing in the room: a towel/swimsuit drying rack and a bottle opener.
For breakfast, I’d love more variety and better food warming (keeping it hot). Adding boiled eggs, potatoes, legumes/beans, and more vegetables would be a perfect upgrade.
Also, the fire pit area unfortunately didn’t seem to be working during our stay (neither daytime nor evening).
One more suggestion: instead of constant news on the TV, it would be nice to have calming content like nature/relaxing videos to support rest and positive emotions
