Clean, comfortable, central and convenient with charming and helpful staff—thank you, Carlos and Mariana! Highly recommend in every way if you’re not a deluxe/needy person. Park at the stadium/estadio parking just a couple of mins away—free and no bother.
Time to change the carpet on the stairs? Otherwise great!

Location was good for exploring Guimarães and communication via WhatsApp was efficient.
Think the photos make it look a bit better than it is. The hotel feels quite worn out and the room was very average and I found the bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was very average but did the job - arrive early if you want a table inside and before the pastries disappear! Check in was a bit of a faff as the doorbell didn’t work so we had to rely on WhatsApp and when we just wanted to arrive and settle in after a long journey we felt bombarded with information from staff which felt a little intense.
