Edinburgh Seaside Apartment

The apartment was comfy, clean, and had everything we needed - and even more! The owner is exceptional. When I asked about the possibility of an earlier check in, they accommodated it, and we are very grateful for it ❤️ This is probably the first apartment where we really had everything we needed in the kitchen - there was even a soy sauce and a cling film wrap! The owner kindly left for us some fresh eggs, milk, water and snacks, this was very considerate. There was even a bottle of wine - and although we don't drink, it made us feel very welcomed. I can highly recommend this apartment. It is not big, but it has everything, the grocery store is two steps away, and the owner is the best.

Don't trust Google maps if it sends you walking through the Westbank street - this is quite a long walk to the apartment, and not very comfortable if you are with luggage. There's a small pedestrian path right from the Portobello High St, and the apartment is very close from there.

Location is perfect, a quick 20 min bus and you're in the city centre. Host is very kind, offering daily suggestions of what/where to visit. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an accommodation away from the city, but still near the city.

Property was clean but quite small for family of four. Well equipped.
