the location is great, close to the beach and downtown is reachable in 20 - 25 minutes by bus, bus stop being really close to the location. Spacious bedrooms, great kitchen and utilities, lovely living room. All well above what we expected. The welcoming was great! Little extras made us feel appreciated!
Will definitely choose again, when travelling to Edinburgh. Don't let the distance from downtown fool you!

It was very clean, spacious , comfy beds and I liked the pillows . We got left some nice treats :-)

Location was great. Nice neighbourhood, quiet, and walkable to the beach area. There is a direct bus into the city centre from across the street. The house was warm, cozy and spotless. The hosts responded to our questions quickly and were very helpful. They had left small Scottish treats for us to try. The home has all the amenities you could want and I couldn't recommend it more.
The shower/bath is perhaps a bit of a challenge to manoeuvrer for older guests but well stocked with everything you could need.

The place was immaculate. Spotless. Lots of additions throughout to enhance the experience of the stay which were very much appreciated. Would happily stay again
