Brilliant, would come back!

Great location with lovely charm, right on the edge of old town there’s trains to Frankfurt and Mainz Hbf <10 mins walk away (not that the walk to Hbf is very far), restaurants, and bars within close proximity.

Took a couple of attempts to get ahold of the host for instructions on how to enter but once through he was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Everything else was as advertised in the photos.

Great location if you dont have a car, as the collection of the garage key which is in the apartment, meant it was difficult getting the car to another location for the car parking

No aircon, so very hot in the room as its in the Eaves, many stairs to climb. Garage too far from the studio

Comfortable lodgings in central Mainz

It is an attractive old property at the edge of the city centre, 5' walk from Mainz Römerteater station. Everything in the old town can be reached in 5-15' walk. The interior is mostly bright, clean and pleasantly decorated. There is a good complement of equipment in the kitchen, including pots and pans, kettle and coffee maker.

The taps (except the shower) oddly have the cold water to the left, so bear that in mind. There is no kind of oven in the kitchen, only stove tops. There are no recycling instructions, so you sort waste as best you can.

Very comfortable flat with full facilities in quirky building in the historic core of Mainz. Dramatically decorated with fine artworks.

There could have been a welcoming range of essentials, including water, teas, fruit and paper towels.

Very easy access, both the main door and the appartement have codes, so no keys necessary. The host kept an eye on us, we felt very safe and comfortable.

Super Kurz Urlaub in Mainz

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, herzlicher Empang in der Unterkunft. Wir hatten das Studio für 2 Nächte gebucht und fühlten uns rundum wohl in diesem Appartement. Es ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts.

Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr sauber, modernes Bad, ruhig und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt. Parkgarage ganz in der Nähe. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend mit guten Tipps.

Een sfeervol en super schoon appartement in een charmant huis, gelegen direct aan het oude centrum

Een prachtig en sfeervol appartement. Er is aan alles gedacht, in de kleine keuken is alles voorhanden, je zou er prima kunnen koken. Het was erg schoon, leuk balkonnetje, moie badkamer en aangename douche. Ook het bed was heel fijn. De ontvangst door de gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en persoonlijk.

Het enige waar we last van hadden, was het lawaai 's nachts. Omdat het lekker zomers weer was en het onder het dak al erg warm was, lieten we de ramen open staan. Vooral in de nacht van vrijdag op zaterdag was het een groot kabaal om het huis heen. Erg druk en veel verkeer, van sirenes tot ronkende motoren en feestvierende dronken jongelui. Dit duurde tot zeker drie uur in de ochtend. Ik kan mij voorstellen dat je hier doordeweeks veel minder last van hebt!

Im höchsten grade empfehlenswert: sehr freundliche Begrüßung, durfte etwas früher einchecken, Parkplatz top und das appartement wunderschön und reichhaltig ausgestattet, zudem sehr sauber. Schade, dass es nur 1 Nacht war. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Klasse Lage...trotz nähe zur Hauptstraße war es nachts ruhig...sehr sauber.. wir kommen wieder trotz kleiner Wohnung alles da was man braucht

Um das Auto auszuladen kam man sehr schlecht zur Wohnung...Auto steht in Parkhaus weiter entfernt.

Herr Bauer ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber,ich habe mich im Studio rundum wohlgefühlt es liegt 3 gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt,gegenüber ist das Eisgrubrãu was sehr zu empfehlen ist,alles in allem hatte ich eine wunderbare Zeit und komme gerne wieder

Schöne Wohnung, cave Vermieter ist Choleriker. Schlüsselübergabe würde ohne Kontakt besser laufen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt zentral.

Der Vermieter ist ein Choleriker vorm Herrn. Er hat mich angeschriehen und beschuldigt nachdem er mich im strömenden Regen bei der Schlüsselübergabe eine halbe Stunde hat warten lassen bei vereinbarter Uhrzeit. Ich denke, dass ist nur passiert weil ich eine allein reisende Frau war.
