Great place, poor communication

Great location, great value! Well laid out apartment with lots of windows and plenty of space. Very safe. Close to everything.

I had originally booked The Apartment in March 2020. Stefan said he would credit my future stay with the amount I had paid, which was very generous because of the no refund policy. However, when I booked this trip, I received no response to my emails or texts inquiries about this promise. If you changed your mind, fine, but at least acknowledge it.

okay for a short stay

central location, spacious apartment, full equipped kitchen, modern bath, beds are basic IKEA double beds, parking on the street is free in the evenings and on sundays

no hooks at all - neither for your jackets nor for your towels after the shower; WIFI didn’t work and host didn‘t reply when I contacted him in this regard; light switches are loose; one bed frame had one bar missing; the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned (e.g. dish washer and trash bin were not emptied before we arrived); key box is not in the same building as the apartment itself (very close by tho), but I think it would be easier, if the host just prepared all the information and send that to the guests beforehand instead of calling back and forth

Tolle Lage, Renovierung nötig

Die Lage war sehr zentral und es gab einen Balkon. Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Größe.

Es war recht laut, weil die Straßenbahn direkt vorher gefahren ist. Die Wohnung ist relativ abgewohnt und könnte etwas renoviert werden (Anstrich, Boden, Bad und Küche, Plissee und Deckenlampen, sowie der Boden. Die Dichtung der Spülmaschine ist total locker und die Spülmaschine kippt nach vorne wenn man die ganz öffnet)

Geräumiges und recht zentral gelegenes Apartment. Die Ausstattung war angemessen und der Check-In verlief reibungslos.

Insgesamt war das Apartment stellenweise ziemlich abgewohnt (u.a. aufgequollene Arbeitsplatte, loser Geschirrspüler). Die Betten waren durchgelegen und auch die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Die vorbeifahrende Straßenbahn ist sehr deutlich wahrnehmbar.

Tolle Lage, Preis - Leistungsverhältnis aber eher schlecht.

Die Lage war optimal. Sehr gut um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Straßenbahn fährt direkt an einem Schlafzimmer vorbei, daher sehr laut. Straßenlärm ab 5:00 Uhr morgens. Ausstattung der Küche sehr sparsam. Wasser der Dusche lief Minutenlang nach, weil Armatur sehr schlecht zu bedienen war. Fliesen im Bad generell fleckig. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung eher etwas ungepflegt.

Wohnung mit Potenzial

Top Lage in der Altstadt; es ist Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, kleiner Balkon zum Innenhof, Wohn/Essbereich, Küche, Bad

Wie bereits in vielen Bewertungen ebenfalls erwähnt sind es viele Kleinigkeiten, die die Wohnung in einem schlechteren Licht erscheinen lassen, wie nötig. Vor allem könnten diese Kleinigkeiten sehr schnell behoben werden: die Spülmaschine ist nicht fest geschraubt und die Dichtung kaputt, die Toilettenspülung "hängt", der Boden in der Dusche ist verkalkt, die Jalousie in der Küche voller brauner Spritzer etc. Schade, denn eigentlich ist es eine wirklich schöne Wohnung in hervorragender Lage. Zu erwähnen ist auf jeden Fall auch die Straßenbahn, die direkt am Haus vorbeifährt und doch recht laut ist.

Frühstücken konnte man in der Stadt finden! Sehr viele Möglichkeiten! Unterkunft schon etwas abgenutzt, aber das gleicht die Lage Definitiv wieder aus! Parkplatz okay, auch wenn etwas teuer, aber der Lage nach okay!
