Unique find

Incredible scenery with views in all directions from top of the hill. Very clean both inside the property as well as organized and clean in the surroundings. Friendly kittens and a very quiet dog. Host who is so welcoming and helpful yet offers you full privacy and you don't even know he is there unless you need him. Property itself has everything you need for a long stay and despite the feeling of remoteness it's still just a 10 minute drive down to the city with groceries and restaurants.

Nothing to dislike but if really nitpicking wifi was sometimes a bit temperamental but unless you had to work most of the day like me you wouldn't even notice.

Ideal place to slow down and relax, great base point for visiting the diversity of Le Marche

A beautiful location to fully relax. Magnificent views on the hills, beautiful 300 year old oaks, small kittens, wonderful! We could use/share the garden, outdoor kitchen and so much space with just one other family. Very close to San Severino (by car), a nice little town for daily groceries, bars and 'Le Marche' atmosphere. Giovanni was very helpful and friendly :-). We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay very much!

The indoor kitchen is fully equipped but a bit tiny. The fridge is in the bathroom, a bit odd, but isn't a big problem. Eating in the garden is the best place, but you have to bring your dishes and walk down some steps. We didn't use the outdoor kitchen that much.
