La Casa del Forziere Verde

The apartment is very nice and in a lovely area. Very close to the old town and quiet at night. When you enter the front door of the house you would never expect such a gem. Aircon n every room, a great shower/bathroom and what is special, it is on three different levels. With some stairs (short ones) to connect the rooms. I loved the neat design and the bed was probably the best I’ve ever had all over Italy. The bonus is, that it has its own garage where I could park my motorcycle safely. It may not be suitable for a huge car? Also the contact with the owner via WhatsApp was very friendly and I definitely come back if I’m in La Spezia.

Le logement est très bien situé, proche du centre et du port. La propreté était au rendez-vous. Eva est une hôte disponible et très serviable. Logement placé à 20 minutes à pied et 5 minutes en voiture de la gare. Très accessible pour aller jusqu’au cinques terres

Petit risque avec les marches pour un bébé de 14 mois comme le nôtre. Peut être faudrait il une barrière pour sécuriser entre la cuisine et le salon ?
