Le jeune réceptionniste nommé "Monfils"était très serviable est gentil, toujours avec le sourire. Il était agréable ! 😁 Il nous a même aidé à retirer une grosse araignée dans la chambre 🤣😭 Il y avait la clim dans la chambre c'était très bien aussi, ainsi le lit était très confortable 😁
En revanche le ou la boss n'était pas forcément très réactifs et je trouve ça dommage😶 Le frigo présent dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas malheureusement..

La situation sur les hauteurs de Uppuveli, au calme. La terrasse panoramique habillée de bois et de plantes. Le petit déjeuner local et très bon.
La chambre type cabane est très sombre, pas très grande et on se sent un peu à l'étroit ... Nous étions dans la seconde près de l'accueil et ce n'était pas très intime. Pour 4 nuits, nous aurions préféré la 1ere ou la 3eme, au fond.

Personal molt amable i disposat a ajudar-nos en tot moment. El jefe ens va negociar el preu del tour d’avistament de balenes i ens va ajudar a reservar a l’hospital per un inconvenient que vam tenir. Molt atent i preocupat.
Tot i la gran disposició del recepcionista, a vegades era una mica dificil de comunicar-s’hi en anglés. Tot i ser una habitació neta, el wc era molt humit i la dutxa gotejava constantment. També hi havia fauna (cosa que entenem per la situació en la que es troba), no per falta de netedat.
