Lors de notre arrivée, juste un "bonjour ,c’est ici votre chambre," pas un autre mot durant les 2 jours que nous avons passé, a peine un au revoir. Dès 5h30 réveil en fanfare avec des discussions devant la porte La chambre n’à aucun meuble pour poser nos affaires,juste un lit, la climatisation en revanche fonctionne bien Nous sommes déçues en vue de ce que nous avons vecue au Sri Lanka depuis 3 semaines !
Il faut vraiment faire un effort sur l’accueil, la communication et l’équipement de la chambre
