Peaceful, serene and calm getaway. Away from all the noise in middle of the farms but still close to center. I along with my two teenage kids stayed in a triple room. From the moment we arrived up to the last minute we were well looked after by Sumali and the team. All the three meals served were just excellent and the highlight was dinner with variety of vegetables and chicken curry. We had amazing time. Excellent value for money. Cannot thank you enough to Sumali and the team at Ama Villas Habarana for making us feel home.

If you love nature, this is the place to stay. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful rice fields, creating a calm and relaxing environment. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Ama Villa was the perfect place for our trip around Sri Lanka's Cultural Triangle. Its location is excellent, with easy access to Sigiriya, Pidurangala, Polonnaruwa, and Minneriya National Park, while still being tucked away in a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful green paddy fields.
Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with efficient air conditioning, reliable hot water, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was freshly prepared, generous, and absolutely delicious, featuring a great selection of local flavors.
What made our stay truly special was the warm hospitality of our host, Sumali. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. She gave us useful local recommendations, made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, and made us feel more like welcomed guests than customers.
If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, and authentic place to stay in Habarana with outstanding hospitality, Ama Villa is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Well 20USD for accommodation is not low budget in Sri Lanka. So I expected a lot better and cleaner rooms.
