Sunfield Guest House - Only Adults

Very nice place to stay. We went to Portugal for a wedding , this place offered a great space to sleep and relax whilst we explored. The breakfast is brilliant, the building / facilities super clean - pool quiet and a perfect place to stay. Uber is really cheap and a couple minutes drive from key places but I would suggest a hire car is probably suitable for this stay - you’ll want to buy things from the supermarket (all rooms have little fridges) Uber eats is easily used in the area too! Simple check in and friendly staff, I do recommend

Excellent location in the middle of Algarve, you can go left and right, dream house, several floors for lounge deck, swimming deck and dining deck

Fatim was lovely and fed us a delicious breakfast of the most amazing fresh baked croissants & hearty bread.

Everything was clean, and the lady of the house was very friendly. The aircon worked very well, and there was a small fridge in the room. We didn't try out the pool, but it looked nice.

For the price, the room was on the small side. We had no space anywhere for our suitcase and ended up putting it into the wardrobe. There were no sockets next to the bed to charge phones, etc. In fact, there was really only one electrical outlet available, near the bathroom. We found one behind/under the bed where the lamp was plugged in and used that in the end. The bed was quite hard and could've done with a top-up mattress. Most of the rooms, including ours, face a busy road that gets loud in the morning. You have a balcony, but there is only a narrow partition between you and the guest next door, so it's not private at all. No liquid soap in the bathroom, only one little packed soap bar. For the price, we expected more space in the room and less noise. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but unless you sit outside in the heat, you're basically eating in the kitchen. Breakfast ends at 10:00am, which is early when you've been at a wedding the night before. Wouldn't stay there again.
