Excellent location, exceptionally friendly staff. Vast complex, when you walk all 5 different complex that are interlinked and cater for all needs, preferences and family members.
Choice of different things in the different complex that are interlinked. Beautiful walk on the beach in the mornings, once you find the way down.

Facilities for children are amazing. Love the pools and playgrounds. Cliff walk is beautiful. Right by the beach. Staff are very helpful.
It’s our 2nd time visiting. Staff are amazing but we felt this year there was a shortage of staff. We noticed this in sine restaurants and bars she felt the cleaners were really under pressure getting around to all the rooms.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Pools were all clean and well maintained. Food was good in the buffet and in the bar restaurant (the tavern) the mini market was very well stocked and reasonably priced. English was well spoken by all the staff, I will definitely return

I liked the apartment we were in block 2 had a great big balcony and apartment was spacious for all of us .
I find its understaffed at bars and extremely slow . Kids club and entertainment was poor this year.
