The cleaning staff went above and beyond - the hotel was very clean! (they even cleaned the roofs!)
Good food, varied entertainment, clean pools, attentive staff - overall very good experience.

The staff at 3HB Guarana are all to be complimented for the excellent care provided to their guests. The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the entire facility are noteworthy. Special thanks to the front desk staff for their assistance in navigating a concern with one of my excursions.

The room was ideal, however a walk in shower would have been better.
The bar were fine and the bar staff work very hard. One observation is when your sitting in the reception area you have to go down stairs to get a drink.
