The value for money of the stay is great, since we had our own room and bathroom.
It was difficult to find since the pin on Google is the wrong location, and the street name is as well. You should put "Asphalt Rezidencija" on maps to find it. It will be next to it.

Nice location, not far from the city center, around 15min walk. Very friendly owners and cute cats and dog on the property. Fairly clean and nice terrace
Water in the shower is leaking, toilet seat is broken, entrance door cannot be closed without the key and terrace door cannot be closed at all so guests from other rooms can easily enter. There is only very old stove outside which looks broken. The room is very small and beds are squeaking with every move. Too expensive for what you get.
