About this villa rental
Villa La Gjanda, recently built on 13,000 square meters of land, enjoys an enchanting position nestled among the hills of Monte Moro.
Once past the entrance gate, you arrive at the parking lot and then at the garden where the irregularly shaped pool is located. The entrance leads into a rustic living room, from here there is access to the kitchen, but also a large veranda where daily life and the bed area take place.
This part of the house consists of three bedrooms, one double and two twin, two complete bathrooms, one attached to the master bedroom, the other serving the other guests. All the rooms are equipped with doors / windows from which access is gained to the outside for greater independence. All rooms are conditioned with heat pumps.
The villa was recently built on 13,000 square meters of land between mountains and plains in a forest of uncontaminated Mediterranean scrub for which there is an air of serenity and privacy, therefore, as the villa is close to the whole of the Costa Smeralda, but far from everything we believe we offer the best solution for an unforgettable holiday in this wonderful area.

The location and house itself are fantastic. Ennio is very attentative and helpful. Some of the kitchen appliances are run down (dishwasher, fridge). Outside there are many wasps which is a pain when trying to eat outside or on the balcony.
Location is close to main attractions in Northern Sardinia.

We have just had a fantastic weeks break in this wonderful villa hosted by Ennio. Ennio was warm and welcoming, gave us what we needed with advice on the local beaches area, restaurants etc. He even showed us how to make the perfect espresso! The Villa was a real switch off for us and the views are just breathtaking. The BBQ was great and plenty of room for us to eat and the pool was very clean and well kept.
We will definitely be going back as soon as we can - the location is just amazing for all the beaches in and around the Costa Smeralda. Thank you Ennio.

Thus is a nice property with lovely views and away from it all if you desire peace and quiet. The pool isn't large but big enough to do a few strokes.
There is room for improvement with the outer walls needing a paint and the kitchen updating which was poorly designed and fitted.
This didn't detract from what was a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The villa was in a beautiful position with a small pool and totally secluded. Perfect right? The stay was 3 times disturbed by the owner just turning up we booked a secluded place because we like to lay by the pool au naturale, but 3 times! 3!! The owner just turned up doing things like bringing a maintaince man and cleaning the pool and staying for waaayyy too long. I would jump up cover myself and go inside the villa.. the owner was very nice and the villa beautiful but this really was a big issue for me.
