Portion in a semi-detached house, a portion is occupied by the owner, consisting of 5 bedrooms (3 double and 2 with twin beds) 5 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, living room with TV, veranda with dining table, swimming pool, car parking, located a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
In the case in which the solution of the 5 rooms are too large, there is the possibility of reducing to 3 double rooms with reduction of the cost, with only the closing of a door.
The property offers an extra charge a boat Azimut 39
for day trips to the Maddalena Archipelago (Pink Beach etc.) and in Corsica.

Perfect location for holidays with kids or (and) friends!!
We spent 10 days at Ennio's villa and we would like to extend additional 10 days due to the great time we had!
The accommodation has everything what you need and is in a realy good shape.
Ennio is a great host! Every time available, but not intrusive.
The recommendations of him were all perfect.
The best day we had, was the boat trip with his motoryacht!!

It's the perfect place for holidays! The house is perfect for 10 people, absolutely clean, fully equipped and it's a great location! From the pool we had a beautiful view at the sea. Ennio is very nice and has many great recommendations. There are also some restaurants which can be reached within a few minutes walk. All in all: 5 shining stars.
