Questa struttura avrebbe un potenziale altissimo,data la sua posizione e la sua vista,peccato che sia gestito molto male e curato ancora peggio.... Mi spiace, perché sarebbe stato davvero un bel appartamento.
Sicuramente migliorerei la pulizia(che adesso è veramente messa male)e gli accorgimenti dell appartamento. La collocazione e la modalità di raggiungimento,che adesso è davvero difficile da raggiungere per via delle condizioni della strada.
