From the moment we arrived, the villa felt like a real family home rather than just a holiday rental. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and you can see how much care the owners have put into every detail. The house is very well equipped. There is plenty of kitchenware, comfortable outdoor furniture, beautiful books, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower (additionally to two showers in the house) that was perfect after swimming. The layout is ideal for a family or a group of friends: we could spend time together in the spacious living room, on the terrace, or in the beautiful garden, while the large air-conditioned bedrooms offered a quiet place to relax whenever someone wanted a little personal space. The garden is lovely, the sea view is beautiful, and the interiors have a charming Mediterranean character that makes the villa feel special. We also really appreciated the recycling system (especially because our previous villa wasn’t nearly as practical). Waste sorting is very important in Sardinia, and everything was clearly organized and easy to use. Finally, the location is excellent. The beach is literally a minute away on foot, and having a grocery store and a bus stop nearby made everything very convenient. Maria Rosa was a wonderful host - kind, responsive, and really welcoming.

Sehr schönes Haus mit drei grossen Schlafzimmern, mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten, Umschwung, Grill, Aussendusche und Parkplätzen auf dem Vorplatz. Die zwei Badezimmer mit Duschen sind schön und neu renoviert. Wir haben den Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer bei Aperos und Mahlzeiten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist kinderfreundlich und der Balkon mit einem Geländer gesichert. WLAN und Klimaanlage funktionieren im ganzen Haus einwandfrei. Der Strand (Spiaggia del Pelicano) mit schöner Bar, ist nur 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Maria Rosa ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar.

Das vierte Zimmer ist klein. Es ist weniger komfortabel, hat keinen Schrank und keine Klimaanlage.
