About this villa rental
Wonderful and private independent and panoramic villa, among the granite rocks and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. A true oasis of quiet. The panorama that can be comfortably enjoyed from anywhere in the house is truly splendid. The forest is perfectly enjoyable and unique
The villa is located in a very clever position, in front of an equipped marina (400 meters), an excellent starting point for unforgettable trips to the Maddalena Archipelago. Less than 1 km away, a shopping center equipped with all services including an excellent pastry shop, newsagent, fruit and vegetables, grocery store, and an inevitable supermarket. At 1 Km 1/2 the splendid square of Baia Sardinia.
The 2-storey villa has been renovated both externally and internally this year. It consists of a beautiful private wood and an outdoor area where you can relax and eat and drink comfortably. Outdoor shower, double living room with 2 sofas with fireplace and super panoramic view of the gulf, another always panoramic living room, 4 large double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. One with an additional single bed and another with an additional bunk bed.
Surrounded by a 5,000-meter Mediterranean scrub garden on several levels with table, outdoor chairs, sun loungers for lunches and various conviviality.
Covered garage for 2 cars and uncovered for another 3 or 4.
The maximum number of people that can be hosted is 10

Beautiful house in a lovely area with a stunning sea view. Very comfortable beds. The outside let it down as there were not enough sunloungers and the seats were very uncomfortable. A few of them were also broken. There is a lovely supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby but they are expensive. We experienced a few power cuts which was difficult as we did not know where the fuse boxes were and had a slow response from the agent. Overall, we had a lovely week as we visited different beaches everyday and took a boat trip over to Maddalina island.

The house is private, spacious and beautifully situated. The highlight is definitely the covered terrace with a fantastic view of the bay. Unfortunately, there were so many wasps that we had to carry the table into the living room and eat inside with the windows closed.

the house was very beautiful and well equipped. the view was great and we had a very, very good time in the house! best of.the communication with our host was not so good and easy, but that could not impair the great expierience we had.

Great spot, no issues. Only one towel per person for the entire week which seemed a little odd. Highly recommend this spot
