Panoramic villa located in an excellent position to walk to the beach and the small town of Porto Rafael as well as the famous exclusive square.

The place is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing even in August, relaxing in the shade with a sea view of the archipelago of La Maddalena in the midst of colorful flowers and natural Mediterranean vegetation. Possibility of lunch outside, on the square, on the lawn or in the barbecue area.

The home is perfect - even better than the pictures suggest. The bedrooms are spacious and tranquil. The common areas offer room to relax, enjoy the company of friends and family. The whole home is beautifully decorated and well supplied. It is situated five minutes walking from the beach and five minutes walking from a bar and restaurant. There is a marina less than a mile away where boats may be rented. Daniela, Paola and their entire family were so incredibly warm and gracious- the perfect hosts! They shared recommendations and responded to our questions and concerns immediately and were so helpful when we had a flat tire. This home is a very special find.

Super nice hosts - very fast response rate in case we had questions. It is exactly as on the pictures online, no surprises at all. Super nice roof terrace, very well equipped with literally everything you'd need, even baking a cake is possible ;)

Perfect familly house in a beautiful area of sardena
Little beach 5 mn walk and little supermarket, boat to madalena 10 mn and great windsurfing area 10 mn away
