Location was good, having a lift in the building is very helpful when you’ve lots of cases and it’s very hot
Tricky enough to get into for the first time, it would help if the host was there to meet you and not just have electronic check in, also a small thing, it would be nice if there was a bottle of water and maybe some coffee on arrival, we’ve stayed in lots of similar accommodation and the best ones leave a bottle of water, some easy snacks and definitely some coffee pods for the machine

Fantastic central position for Verona sightseeing. High quality flat, secure, clean and well equipped. Air conditioning in kitchen and lounge. Appreciate little extras like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, sponge & salt/pepper. Fantastic stay, highly recommend.
Hoped a/c would drift into bedrooms but didn’t but comfortable with shutters closed and window open. Information required about what to do with waste / recycling. Shower head too heavy for holder but managed. We’ve left behind portable cushions for use at Opera / Arena.

Location was good: near to the centre but quiet enough. Beds were very comfy. Aircon was weak, but a blessing nonetheless.
Coffee machine with pods provided.
Great to have secure parking.
- WiFi wasn’t working
- Wasn’t as clean as other places we have stayed at.
- Wasn’t clear (to me at least) that we had no outside space or that our top floor flat had very tiny windows that you had to bend down to see out of!
- No smart TV
- no fire alarm, which felt worrying for a top floor flat
