High time for renovation

The appartment was big enough, kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, it was more than enough for the 5 of us. Being that we came during Christmas markets season, the price was quite affordable.

The owner does not reply to messages as fast as they normally do. Even before when we were making the reservation, it took a few days and me checking with Booking if the messages are going through for them to answer (the question was only of we can leave the bags until our flight - the answer was no and came a week or so later). Last two days of our stay there was no hot water and even then they answered after a while when we have already given up. The appartment is on the third floor without an elevator which I think is important to know. We got 5 bath towels but no hand towels even though we were told we would get more. The only way to get to one of the bedrooms is through the bathroom which was a bit weird. Only two sockets actually work in the appartment. The building is old, wooden stairs, not so clean.

Terrificante e zero assistenza e zero garanzie da parte di Booking.com

Assolutamente nulla, non c’è scritto nella descrizione che per accedere alla camera con i letti separati devi passare attraverso un bagno che rimane l’unica via di accesso.

La casa era veramente sporca, buia perchè l’illuminazione era scarsa, la casa in generale è fatiscente. Polvere ovunque. Ho contattato subito l’assistenza di booking ma non mi hanno fatto nulla, ho prenotato io un’altra struttura ed ho perso 112€, sto ancora aspettando dopo 10 giorni di essere contattato da booking.com che tra l’altro si giustificava dicendo che l’host non rispondeva né al telefono né ai messaggi. Conclusione: ho perso tempo, vacanza partita malissimo, ho perso soldi, zero assistenza… se questa è la garanzia di booking.com penso che possiamo tutti prenotarci le strutture da soli risparmiando soldi visto che non viene fornita nessuna garanzia.

On n'a pas été informé que c'était au 3ème étage sans ascenseur ! On a galéré avec notre bagage 🥵😡. Pas de machine à laver. Hôte qui ne répond pas au téléphone et qui nous répond uniquement par SMS (il faut être patient)

Bien situé et calme mais...

Emplacement, appartement spacieux,proximité supermarchés, vieille ville et gare. Calme.

Sdb traversante, literie salon pas confortable, communication compliquée avec la propriétaire - n'avait pas donné les codes d'accès, on était obligé d'appeler Booking Angleterre pour débloquer la situation. En revanche, demande répétée concernant l'heure de départ avant même qu'on arrive et visiblement dans prendre connaissance des réponses déjà données. Pas de sacs poubelle dans la sdb et de rechange dans la cuisine.
