About this apartment rental
Discover my 85m2 duplex architect loft, crossing with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace and private parking spaces.
Located in a building of Mulhouse's industrial heritage completely renovated by my architectural agency and ideally located between the city center and the main roads, I imagined this loft as my own apartment.
Perfect for discovering our beautiful region or a business trip feeling at home.
The loft is brand new, carefully decorated and equipped by me, it is suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 people and up to 8 people with the sofa bed.
First floor:
• A living room composed of a living-dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen.
• A bathroom with a toilet.
• A beautiful bedroom opening onto the large terrace of 15m2. Delicious terrace to experience when the weather is nice and good, especially for eating!
1st floor:
• A first double bedroom.
• A bathroom with a toilet.
• A second double bedroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds (160x200cm) with quality mattresses.
You will also have two private parking spaces if you wish.PGJyPg
The apartment is made available.
Arrival is done independently thanks to the secure key box.
The codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
We are currently furnishing the apartment, which is why not all the photos are yet available and those presented are decorated with 3D modeling. They still present the final rendering in a close way.
We are putting a low price in the meantime for those who dare to go on an adventure without having all the information beforehand.
