Spacious apartment, close to the train station

We got the keys and checked in without live contact. The location is extremely convenient, literally opposite the train station, the address did not appear in google maps, but we received detailed instructions that helped us with the accommodation. The apartment is spacious and has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room on the upper level, equipped with a TV, sofa, fitness equipment and billiards. The kitchen was equipped. The bathroom has a large boiler, there was no problem with hot water. Heating convectors.

In the instructions there were rules for cleaning and disposing of the garbage, but in this situation the cleaning fee was unnecessary, when everything was in dust, there was a small garbage can that did not collect enough for the capacity of the apartment, and even liquid soap was missing . We had 1 roll of toilet paper and a little left over from another roll for 7 people for 3 days/2 nights. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 single beds, but only 3 duvets were provided. We found 2 more but they were without bed sheets and it was extremely unsanitary to use them like that. 2 bath towels were also missing. We asked the host on the first night for blankets, towels, toilet paper and trash bags, but we didn't even get a response. One bedroom was quite uncomfortable, the bed frame was falling apart. Not a drawback, but be aware that the upstairs is sloping and the stairs are a bit steep.

Facilities and location is great, it’s across the train station so it’s ideal as a sleeping base and if you’re traveling light as there is no elevator in the building (the apartment is on the last floor)

We booked for 6 people and the apartment was arranged for 5 people - we were missing one set of bed sheets, pillow and a pillowcase and a blanket. The soap was missing in the bathroom and the heating wasn’t the best - we ended up covering ourselves with jackets during the night. We reported the problem but no one came to check it out nor to bring the missing stuff.

Location was great. Beds were comfy and the decoration nice.

All in all it was good, but we expected more from watching the photos. The bath is old and the shower works poorly. It smells a little and its access is through the kitchen. The sofa has stains. The check in is automated. We liked it but expected more for the price.
