Nice apartment but not the best location for us

The apartment looks good, the kitchen is big and well equipped, close to the center

There were plenty of things that didn’t go well. From the beginning, when we arrived, it was after 9 PM and already dark outside. We wanted to park our cars in the large free parking lot near the apartment, but one of the cars had a roof box on top, and the maximum allowed height was 1.9 meters, so it couldn’t go in. For the car that did go into the parking lot, we were advised (by some people also parking there for the evening) not to leave it overnight, because there had been many cases of attempted car break-ins, especially targeting cars with foreign license plates. We weren’t sure if this was true, but we didn’t like the idea of finding a damaged car in the morning. So, we took both cars and looked for another parking spot, which we eventually found about 1 km away. The entrance hallway of the building was really messy — very dirty and cluttered with a lot of stuff. Although the host did mention it in advance and we were prepared, it still didn’t feel great. The apartment itself looks good, but there is no fan inside, and in the middle of a hot summer it gets really uncomfortable. We couldn’t rest at all because of the heat, and we were just waiting for morning to come so we could leave the apartment. 🤷‍♀️

Family stop over.

I stayed here with my wife, mother in law and 5 kids, there was plenty of space for everyone and the value was incredible. The house has stylish modern interiors, the kitchen has a huge island hob and all the equipment you could need. There's beautiful outdoor seating. The beds were comfortable. And the host provides clear consise instructions to make the stay smooth and relaxing. We stopped overnight on the way to Italy but could have stayed for our whole holiday and been happy. Can't recommend highly enough.

Casa muito espaçosa e com mobiliário moderno. Localização interessante para quem tem carro alugado.

A limpeza. A casa não foi minimamente limpa. Estava imunda com plásticos no chão. O acesso à casa parece uma sucata. Casa com muito potencial mas pouco aproveitada pelo anfitrião. Não se admite não ter a limpeza feita quando sabia que iria receber 8 hóspedes.

Buena ubicación, pero muy sucia y camas en mal estado

La ubicación

Lo primero es que la entrada parece un basurero y no nos avisó hasta haber casi llegado a la casa, que nos dijo "no os asustéis de la entrada, pues los vecinos tienen el pasillo de basurero". La casa tiene 3 camas de matrimonio con colchones reventados y almohadas de plumas donde te dejas las cervicales literalmente y para más inri nos tuvimos que hacer las camas nosotros. La casa está hundida en el centro por lo que te marea andar sobre todo en la cocina y en el baño superior. La calefacción la limita a 21º, sabiendo que hemos llegado a -2, le pedimos porfavor que la subiera y lo hizo solo una noche a 23º. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, telas de araña por los rincones y detras de las puertas, el suelo pegajoso, los utensilios de cocina llenos de grasa y toda la valija rota por los filos. Un solo paño de cocina. Muchas humedad en las paredes y sobre todo mucha suciedad en general. La verdad que esperábamos otra cosa, nos alquiló humo.

Logement très propre. Bien conçu. On a apprécié la cour intérieure. Salon bien équipé, désolé pour la TV qui est très belle mais pas eu l'opportunité de l'utiliser

Le couloir d'accès à la maison... très encombré qui surprend à l'arrivée mais faut pas non plus se focaliser sur ce point.

Ev çok rahat ve çok güzel bir evdi. Mutfak eşyaları tam ve beklentinin çok çok üzerindeydi. Ev sıcaktı. 7 kişi için çok yeterli bir evdi.

Sıcaklığın belli bir noktada kalıyor ve o sıcaklıktan sonra kalorifer peteklerinin soğuması bir tık kötü geldi belki de bu bizim akdeniz ikliminden geliyor olmamızdan kaynaklı olabilir. Salonda yatan arkadaşımız biraz üşüdüğünü söyledi ancak üst kattaki odalar için geçerli değildi.
