Chalet Cami de Merle

It was great, Marina was there when we arrived with the keys & was very informative of everything

It is a bit of a walk to town, in the summer months it is a bit tough, but we got ubers.

The outdoor area is stunning. Between the table/chairs, communal seating, bbq and pool, we spent all of our time outside. It's a great space for a family/big group. Marina suggested we order steaks from the restaurant next door which we cooked on the bbq one evening. They were delicious! The location is fantastic. It couldn't be better - nice and quiet and an easy stroll to the town. The Lidl and Consum are very accessible. One of the nights was quite wet and we enjoyed sitting around watching the large TV! This villa is what made our holiday so special! I am going to recommend it to my friends.

This is only something small but a few dish washer tablets and some salt and pepper would have been handy. As far as I'm aware there were none.

The pool was very good for a 3 generation family holiday and we all enjoyed it very much, the villa is very traditional and old style spanish in some parts and in other parts very modern and stylish, the kitchen is well equipped and a small laundry room is very usefull with washer and drier, there is a large grass area and a large patio area, the terrace is very good with settees and tables and chairs for al frescoe dining, there is an outside pool shower and outside toilet both again very usefull, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath but no shower, a new and modern shower room in the new wing, and a bathrooom and shower attached to the main bedroom, two twin bedooms with air con and the new stylish bedroom with air con, the postion of villa is good about a 10 min drive to centre, in a quiet area tho with a bar and resturant a 2 min walk away, lidl and consum supermarkets a 5 min drive away , car parking for two cars tho a bit tight on turning. would i return yes i think so,

no air con in main bedroom only fans it really needs air con in there, no info folder say how things work and whats nearby and where to go or eat, it took me 3 days to work out how to operate sattelite box !! the tight driveway to villa could do with an mirror on the wall opposite driveway to stop you nearly losing the nose of your car on joining main road, being english we missed having a kettle for tea making !!
