Walk to beach, pool & tennis!

The house was perfect for our family, and had everything we needed. In a nice location to walk to the beach and to town. Having the bike with a cart was great along with the comfy beach chairs! So nice to not have to worry about packing ours, and the extra beach towels came in handy. The host are quick to respond to any questions, and have this property set up so nice, made for a memorable time for our familys vacation.

We enjoyed a wonderful time during our stay. The beach was walking distance and so was downtown. The place was great with everything we needed. We will definitely stay another year. Thank you again.

Lovely property with everything you need for a beach vacation! Close enough to walk to the beach every day - the wagon a bikes make it super easy. I hope we get to come back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in Bethany at this location. The trip consisted of me, my wife, our 17 month old toddler. As an initial matter, given COVID, we were very concerned about traveling. Our minds were immediately at ease as the home was spotless and smelled like it had just been cleaned. My wife has been coming to Bethany for over 20 years, and I have now been coming there for nine years, and I will say the location is perfect. Very short walk to the beach and downtown area. The home is located about four blocks south of Garfield Parkway on the the west side of Route 1/Coastal Highway, so you need just need to cross Coastal Highway and you are essentially downtown. There is a cross-walk directly on the other side of the home, so crossing Coastal Highway was easy. There is plenty of space for a small family like ours, or an even bigger family or multiple groups of folks. My wife and I used the master bedroom and set up a pack and play for our toddler in one of the other bedrooms. The bedroom for our toddler faced the east and was protected by shade and trees, so it remained very dark for her during nap time. We used the other bedroom for our luggage and never had a need for the pullout couch. There was plenty of space in the two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms had full tubs, so very easy to wash our toddler. The kitchen appears to have just been redone and its fantastic. It is very very spacious and has all the things you need if you plan to cook-in for the week. There is also a fully functioning washer/dryer, which is perfect with a messy toddler. The living/dining area connects to the kitchen and is pretty open concept, so we could all be downstairs and interacting. The decks are also great to have an evening cocktail. Finally, the garage had a ping pong table, bikes, beach chairs and a charcoal grill. All clean and in great shape. Communication with the owner was smooth, where we received almost immediate responses to our requests. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway to Bethany.
