About this house rental
Welcome to Bethany Proper. A great community just 3-4 blocks to the beach. Enjoy staying in this four bedroom unit with THREE full baths plus enclosed outside shower. Main level consists of the kitchen, dining room, large living area, bedroom and 1/2 bath. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (one suite) and two bathrooms. Large floor plan. Bike, walk, drive or even take the trolley to the town and beach. WIFI/Cable. 2 Smart Tv's. Microwave, Blender, Toaster and Toaster Oven, Standard coffee, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Iron/Board, Charcoal grill. Enclosed outside shower. Deck. No smoking. Bike, walk, drive or even take the trolley to the town and beach.

-Saturday to Saturday only.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $224
-Bedding: King, Double, 2 twins, 2 twins, LR- queen sleep sofa
-This home is animal free. Service animal: Owner authorization is required for any request

We enjoyed out time at this property. We were surprised at the lack of coasters when so much of the furniture was wooden. We purchased a set of coasters and left them at the property. The throw rugs were not clean and the larger ones were a tripping hazard. We did enjoy the size of the property and the number of beds available. We washer and dryer were nice and worked out well for us. We used at least one of the beach chairs and that was convenient. Bethany Proper is convenient for getting to the beach and the boardwalk.

Our stay was pleasant. We've been coming to Bethany Beach Proper on & off for a few years. 2nd time with this property. My husband is disabled, having a full step in bathroom downstairs was very helpful for him. My grandkids enjoyed biking to the pool, town & beach. They think it was cool doing that. We enjoyed our stay & they look forward to returning. Slight downside: Was told there will be an increase in rates, small kitchen, guest bike tires were all flat (were the same from last year), had trouble using the master bedroom TV & I wish linens were included with the rental cost.

Home was great for us. Close enough but far enough away. Walk to the pool,boardwalk and beach (as long as you weren’t carrying much). Some extras provided, bikes and a few chairs. Linens were not provided Nd that was super pricey too add on but the rest was great
