Easy walk... 3 blocks from the beach, boardwalk and shops – quiet neighborhood. Trolley is nearby too! 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Baths. Sleeps 8.
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and screened porch. Parking at house for 2 cars. One Bethany Beach parking permit. No smoking. No pets.
1st floor: Queen sleep sofa, TV/DVD; hi-speed wireless internet; DR – table seats 6; counter seats 4; pub table seats 2; microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee maker Keurig and Mr. Coffee; washer/dryer; front porch with swing, screened porch; ceiling fans; Both a charcoal and gas grill on ground level; outdoor enclosed hot shower.
2nd floor: MBR – queen; BR2 – 2 twin beds; BR3 – 2 twin beds; BR4 (very small) – daybed; hall full bath; NO pets or unsupervised group of young people; local calls only on phone. TV in Master and in one twin bedroom.
*** Linens, both bath towels and bed sheets, need to be brought.

We had a wonderful time staying so close to the Bethany Boardwalk — it was such a treat to be able to walk there! The house was great and had everything we needed. While the kitchen was a little small for our group, we made it work and still enjoyed cooking and spending time together. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Barb and Ed are as great as their home. They’re super quick in responding to messages. The short walk to the beach and boardwalk is great!

This couldn’t have been more perfect for us! The home was exactly as pictured, spacious and comfortable and in a great location. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. We had a great vacation, I hope I have the opportunity to stay another time.
