4th time a charm! Stellenhof is like an oasis of peace, style and beauty in a complicated, harsh and busy world. I love coming here, it never disappoints. Beautiful property on a huge citrus orchard and great location for exploring Addo. The property is lovely as well as the staff and dining options were relaxed and enhanced our stay. Game viewing on the private road through Addo to arrive/leave was a bonus. It was very wet when we arrived and they kindly upgraded us to the family room as easier access for our family group so will need to revisit the domes another time.
Just disappointed to have rainy weather so we couldn't enjoy the pool/outdoor bar area properly!

We enjoyed everything. We got an upgrade because it was quiet! It was very child friendly (we were there with our ten month old), we often got some banana or lemon for our baby during meals, we enjoyed the breakfast (especially the scones and the omelettes), the serene garden setting, the pool, the location, the comfortable beds and pillows and more. The game drive!!
A door for the bathroom would be nice :)

amazing safari guide (Aubrey), manager told us the “secret passage” through the national park to Port Elizabeth next to the accommodation, service was friendly, estate looked nice.
mouldy walls, “wet dog” smell in the bungalows, no door between toilet and bedroom in the bungalows (might be a problem for some guests), quiet hard to access, especially after sun is down (bumpy way with no lights).
