Great property with a big pool in the middle. Lovely houses and guests rooms, good breakfast and dining options. There are nice cocktails served in the evening. The game drive offered in the nearby Addo Elephant Park is very recommendable.
For an estate at this pricing category, there were a few smaller issues in the guest rooms that could have been fixed (e.g. broken cabine or, lose water tap) that you would expect to be resolved.

Game drive is a MUST, the driver was very good and found at the end of the drive also the lion who was in the hunting, really exiting
It takes a while to drive to the main entrance of Addo Elephant park, but it does not really matter, as you stay in the park anyhow the whole day.

It was close to Addo National Park. Good breakfast.
No door on the bathroom. You have to know your travel partner very well to not being bothered. In the end they made a mistake and charged us twice the price. It was a real hassle to redo it.

amazing safari guide (Aubrey), manager told us the “secret passage” through the national park to Port Elizabeth next to the accommodation, service was friendly, estate looked nice.
mouldy walls, “wet dog” smell in the bungalows, no door between toilet and bedroom in the bungalows (might be a problem for some guests), quiet hard to access, especially after sun is down (bumpy way with no lights).
