Wi-fi slightly slow and dropped out often, not a massive deal for us and that’s the only negative I could say.

spotless clean, great setup in the apartment- super convenient for a family of 4: 2 separate bedrooms, 2 toilets and a big living-room with a kitchen. plus a wonderful terrace. what made this stay truly excellent is the owner Igor, who is amazing- kind, flexible and keeps everything in great order and shape. he is the best! we will definitely come back again!

Would stay there again without hesitation.

Our host was excellent and could not do enough for us. He met us at the bus station and took us back when we had to leave and gave us a bottle of wine. The property was large, clean and comfortable and a bonus for us is that there was a separate laundry room where we could, wash, dry and iron our clothes.

Our host was excellent. Picked us up and took us back to the bus station and gave us a bottle of wine. The property was large which included a terrace and a washing machine which was very handy. Could not fault the property, the amenities or the host.

Very friendly and welcoming host, he gave us great places for dinner and lunch as well as wines, olive oil and spirit producers. Very comfortable beds, free parking, very quiet area, close to the beach and city centre.

Igor and his mother are both super amazing hosts, there are no words to describe how pleasant they made our one-week stay in Porec. We received recommendations on restaurants, beaches, parking opportunities which helped us a lot. Free parking is available right in front of the apartment or a few steps away in a green area. The apartment is fully equipped, big enough for two people, the bed is extremely convenient! The location is also good, both the beaches (Pical, Borik) and the old town are just 15 minute walk away. All in all: high quality, convenience and first-class hospitality!

I really can't mention anything, this apartment is perfect as it is. :)

Tolles kleines Apartment mit Terrasse und allem was man braucht. Überaus netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. In 10min ist man zu Fuß am Meer, in 15 in der Altstadt. Noch näher sind Supermarkt und Bäckerei.

Es gibt viele Mücken.

Siamo stati accolti come se fossimo clienti da sempre. Ospitalità e gentilezza che non hanno eguali. Bellissima struttura comoda a spiagge meravigliose. Consiglio a tutti questo alloggio. È stata una splendida vacanza. Ringrazio il Signore che gestisce l'alloggio per tutte le cortesie accordateci.
