schöne Wohnung, gut geeignet für Radfahrer

Schöne Ferienwohnung im 1. OG, eigener Parkplatz im Hof, schön großes Badezimmer mit guter Dusche, recht gute Lage einige hundert Meter zum Meer und zur Innenstadt, perfekte Wohnung für Radevent Istria 300

Der Balkon ist recht klein, eine Waschmaschine war leider nicht in der Wohnung

Uns hat es gefallen, wir kommen gern wieder

Wir wurden freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen und eingewiesen. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei wie auch alles andere. Terrasse mit Grill und Marquise vorhanden. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und 10 Min zum Wasser. Parkplatz war auf dem Grundstück.

Auf der Straßenseite gegenüber ist ein Bäcker, was eigentlich sehr schön ist. Jedoch war das für meine Frau sehr geräuschvoll, wenn die Kunden mit den Autos vorfuhren. Auch den Verkehr von der Hauptstraße hat man mitbekommen. Die Ausstattung war im Grunde in Ordnung. Nur das eine Bett war ziemlich durchgelegen. Hier müssten mal die Matratzen ausgetauscht werden. WLan vorhanden, aber teils schlecht empfangbar.
