Kristian met us at the property to show us around and give us useful information about the area, nearby attractions, and activities. The apartment is on the first floor of a house with three other apartments that he rents out to guests. The apartment had everything we needed and was modern, spotless, and exceptionally well organized. Towels, toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials were all provided. Kristian had thoughtfully pre-cooled the apartment before our arrival and even left us a fruit basket, which was a lovely and very welcoming touch. The apartment is well furnished and fully equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning in the living area and one of the bedrooms, an induction hob, oven, microwave, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We missed having a dishwasher, but it certainly wasn't a deal-breaker. Kristian also provided us with a brand-new BBQ grill, which allowed us to enjoy delicious Croatian seafood and ćevapčići. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent throughout the apartment. We especially enjoyed having our dinners on the spacious terrace in the evenings. The location was perfect - set in a quiet neighbourhood, yet only a 5-minute drive (or about a 20-minute walk) from the nearest beach. The closest beach is at Pical Valamar Resort, where we were able to use many of the hotel's facilities, including the seawater swimming pool. Parking there is quite expensive, so we recommend parking for free in the underground garage at the nearby Plodine supermarket and walking the remaining 7–9 minutes. If you prefer a quieter beach with a more relaxed atmosphere, we highly recommend driving about 15 minutes to the beaches near Hotel Delfin in Zelena Laguna. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Kristian is an excellent host - friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would gladly stay here again.

There wasn't anything we disliked, but there were a couple of small things that would have made our stay truly exceptional. The double bed in the master bedroom was a little squeaky on one side, and the master bedroom doesn't have a door. Our children had to walk through our bedroom whenever they needed, which made privacy a bit challenging. Apart from these very minor points, everything was excellent.

The location was excellent. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach, and an 8 minute walk to the supermarket yet it was still in a quiet and pretty location. The apartment was everything you would want when staying away from home. We were warmly greeted and nothing was too much trouble. All we had to do was ask. Cupboards had coffee and tea, shower had shower gel and there was a basket of fruit on the counter. There was a washing machine with detergent and a clothes drying rack which made it very convenient as we were there for a couple of weeks. The apartment was very modern and comfortable. I would DEFINITELY return and would highly recommend to all my friends. It really was the BEST place we've ever stayed in.

I had an unforgettable stay at this amazing apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with absolutely everything one could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available if I needed anything. You can really tell they put their heart into creating a space where guests feel comfortable and truly cared for. Their attention to detail is second to none. The location was also ideal – peaceful and convenient, making it easy to explore the area while still having a quiet place to relax.
