Location, host and value for money. Very quiet, close to the beach and old town. Supermarkets close too. Perfect location. Spotlessly clean and modern. Private parking and secure indoor bike storage.

5 minute walk from the old town, very close to the sea, easy to find, easy to park, very clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were very welcoming and were always on hand if we needed them. Incredible value for money.

* Apartment - good size apartment with big kitchen, bathroom (tub and shower) nice living area and a balcony (2 chairs and a love seat - wonderful in evening). Nice comfortable bed & lots of storage space to put your things if staying for a week or so. In very condition with everything working. * Check-in: good communication with owner. Let them know when was 20 minutes before arriving. Met by a very nice lady that showed the apartment and explained everything and key points of interest. Maps in the apartment. * Location: close to center - Less than 10 minutes to center. In quiet neighborhood. Close enough to everything but without the crowds and noise of the center. * Parking on site which was very nice. Overall - great value for money. Would return as a very comfortable and well located apartment. Highly recommend.

The apartment is close to everything (beach, supermarket, old town as well). It was ideal for 2 people. Jadranka is really nice and helpful, thank you for hosting us! :)

The room was super clean, modern and has everything what you can expect. The environment of the house is nice and quiet. Near the apartment there are several children playgrounds. Host was kind and helpful. Prefect stay.

Tot està aprop i força be

Una bona estada, l’apartament esta força be i ben equipat, persianes automatiques i molts detalls que fan l’estada molt agradable, la Maria va ser molt amable. També te una terrassa molt maca per estar-se i sopar. Esta molt ben situat per visitar Poreç 10 o 15 minuts caminant, la platja (pedres) molt neta esta a 10 minuts caminant. El parquin es en el mateix edifici i el tens devant de la teva terrassa. La Maria ens va facilitar deixar el cotxe en l’aparcament per anar a visitar la Basilica (Patrimoni de l’Humanitat) Es un bon lloc per fer de base per visitar Istria.
