Room was very clean and comfortable with good AC.
Place is currently like a worksite, and is quite noisy during the day and is visibly still under construction. There was also rarely any staff on site.

Nice room with a view on a green rice field not far from the Pollonaruwa ancient city. The owner rented us 2 bikes for doing the tour (doing the tour in the afternoon with the bike is wonderful!).
The breakfast wasn't srilankan style (not dahl/rotthi).

New and modern rooms.
Owners are very kind, eager to help, and took very good care of me while and even after my stay! Thank you!!
I felt very safe and I definitely recommend for female solo travelers.
It was probably forgotten from previous guests but I found a bunch of bottles and garbage left in a trash can
