Cosy little nest

Very clean great value for money lovely property

I had to turn the heating off at about 2am as it was too hot and I know its self inflicted but the water was cold when I tried having a shower in the morning but that was my fault for turning the boiler off

Comfy stay in a good location with friendly hosts, parking not easy.

It was room only, but the hosts had left plates and cutlery as well as water, kettle, tea, coffee etc, so were able to use up food from our previous self catering stay for breakfast. We were met to say goodbye as well as hello! Which was nice. The bathroom was separate but was private in an apartment style arrangement. Room and all facilities were ample and of a very good standard.

The parking spaces are directly off the very busy A30 so whether you tried to reverse in or drive straight in, there was a risky situation accessing the space safely. The room has no outlook so we wouldn’t enjoy a long stay there.

No breakfast and no place to get breakfast.

The location was very poor and no breakfast available. I tried to walk but there was no walking without getting sprayed by cars. No shops or restaurants within what seemed miles.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully accessorised with everything you could possibly need for an overnight stay. The hosts helpfully recommended nearby places to eat. It was also very convenient for the ferry port in Penzance.

Attention to detail was fabulous! Exceptionally clean throughout, the professional artwork is stunning, the bed was soooo comfortable, fresh, modern and very thoughtful.

Parking was a little tricky, best reverse park if you can as it's right on the A30. No decaffeinated coffee - we're really clutching at straws here! :)
