The staff is very friendly. When I asked for directions to the old town centre of Sibiu, the host walked with me outside to show me where to go and where to cross the main road. I think that was very friendly. The hotel is only a short walk from the town centre. The hotel itself is very nice, lovely atmosphere.
Everything was fine. There was nothing that was wrong or uncomfortable.

Nice room. Hotel staff was helpful. However:
1. There was a bad smell in the bathroom , never solved
2. Hot water was intermittent, some problems with the installation, we had to spend the last night in another room because they close the hot water supply for our room for repairs
Overall, I will not return to this hotel as is far away from being as good as they present it.
On the positive side: they have a nice garden where you can enjoy a drink, also breakfast is good.
Have hot water as expected and not having this drain bad smell in the bathroom.
