Very good location, near the town centre, friendly owners, big rooms, clean.
We were supposed to be a lot late than the maximum check in time and the owners have not seen a problem out of it.

The location was not bad.
All the house had an unpleasant smell, was moldy.
The bathroom is not linked to the room, you have to cross a hallway to get to it.
The bathroom was creepy and didn't lock (see pics).
I don't think they have a legal business there because is not marked as a hotel or guest house.
The exterior of the house and the yard were damaged (see pics.)
