Piazza Rooms

We had a really nice time staying in Piazza Rooms. Everything was clean and beautiful. Ivan, the owner, is a really kind and helpful person. The location is great, there is a port nearby, where beautiful yachts are located. Mini-kitchen and the table outside are really nice bonuses

Clean tidy and good air conditioning.

Room was extremely basic and facilities were lacking. Bathroom was fine. The shared kitchen area however was a let down. After going out and purchasing some food to cook for dinner, we discovered that the oven had been unplugged. We messaged the owner and asked if it was unplugged for a reason or whether it was ok to use to which he replied "the oven is not to be used" and instead to use the microwave.. Seriously? There was no warning signs or heads up from anyone that this was the case and therefore we completely wasted an entire meal as we could not cook. Another guest mentioned this was also the case with the washing machine which was situated in a shared bathroom, again "not to be used". If all you are looking for is a room to sleep in then this place is great, "Apartment" would be a stretch.
