Delightful property. The room was quite small but very well designed with a spacious bathroom. There’s a kettle, a fridge and a Nespresso machine. There are plentiful sockets on both sides of the bed and the light switches are all conveniently, and logically, positioned. Good breakfast. Communication with the owner was excellent.
Owen House Farm is under the flight path of nearby Manchester airport. Obviously this is not the fault of the property but the planes are frequent and noisy.

Bed! Seats in dining area hard. No pubs close & the flight path to Manchester Airport was noisy.
