From the moment Khatuna greeted us at the gate with a hug, we felt so welcome and safe. This was the perfect place to relax in the beautiful garden. Khatuna easily arranged transportation as well as activities for us. The dinner and breakfasts were exceptional. The family even shared their fruits with us. The village was amazing with friendly people. The guesthouse was located in the town centre with easy access to stores. The house was clean and comfortable with amenities such as a washing machine. This was the highlight of our Georgia trip.

We were a little nervous because of the one bathroom to be shared by all guests but it wasn't an issue at all. We really enjoyed our 3 nights at Melissa's. The garden is lovely, the bed was very comfortable and dinners were superb as well as the home made jams. Everything is from the garden or the land. I only wish I had thought to book the cultural tour ahead of time because the history of this area is very interesting. We also enjoyed visiting the museum in town and walking to the river in the evenings.
