Overall our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in the Attic, it had plenty of space for us to spread out and having air conditioning visiting Venice in early July was a relief! The owner was fantastic, very friendly and wanted to meet all our needs. The included breakfast served to our room was a great way to start each day. She was even kind enough to serve us earlier than normal our last morning due to having to catch an earlier train. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the location, easy to take a water taxi from the main parking garage right to the B&B. The host were exceptionally responsive and very kind. We were traveling with our daughters 10 & 12 and they also loved the room and the two sweet kitties living on property. Room was spacious with large en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. The views of the grand canal were spectacular, exactly what I dreamed of.

Perfectly located property making it super convenient to travel around the canals by either foot or water taxi. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating with lots of useful information and suggestions about the area.

Great location, easy to get to, next to the vaporetto stop, walking distance from the train station
AC was “weak” (we put it to 65 but it didn’t go below 77-78), the room was hot. The room felt crumped for the family of 4
