Breakfast was good.
The Hotel's location is excellent
The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, bedlinen and towels were soft, an extra soft pillow was provided.
The bathroom was very clean.
Parking was easy. All in all, an excellent hotel.

Very friendly staff couldn't do enough for us, particularly at breakfast. The room (room 1) was beautiful, warm and comfortable. Very clean. Traditional but not old fashioned. Highly recommended.

Proximity to Heart of Hawick theatre /Heritage Hub and cultural area.
Common areas lovely and bedroom size excellent. Great shower. Comfortable room.

There was easy parking, ideal location for walking in to Hawick. The room was a good size and was comfortable.
The bathroom facilities were modern and the shower was great, despite being a bit noisy.
There were lots of steps and stairs in the building, we had suitcases and had to lug them up a grand staircase, as no lift available. We were not particularly welcomed in the hotel, but the serving staff at breakfast were polite. I asked for gluten free/vegetarian options and felt a bit like an inconvenience.
