Would Return Here, Completely Recommended

Stopped in this small town at the German-Swiss border for one night on our way to the Netherlands. The host was very attentive and the property incredibly charming and in a quiet area. The apartment was on the second floor, and it was spacious and super clean. We have not had previous good experiences with German hospitality, but we were more than positively surprised about this one. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, coffee, tea and even sugar. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was modern, spotless and equipped with freshly washed towels for each guest and a large shower. You can tell this apartment is well taken care of by the host. If we’re crossing via this town again, we’ll definitely consider sleeping here again.

The floors were very creaky and you could hear every little step. While the host was incredibly helpful, we had some trouble communicating in English. But these are small details that can be overlooked and overall our experience was a good one.

Overall, this apartment offers a great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This apartment could be a great choice for those who don't mind stairs, but may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. It's located on the second floor and does not have an elevator, so keep that in mind. However, if you're able to climb stairs, the apartment itself is likely to be worth it.

Comfortable apartment located in the german sururbs of Basel. Very convenient if you have a car since it can be parked in front of the house and it is a 10-15 minute ride to the center of Basel.

The road in front of the (garden of the) house is rather busy and noisy when you sit on the terrace. However, the sonic isolation inside the apartment is very efficient.

Exceptional

There were mosquito nets in the windows, so we could enjoy open windows without worrying about bugs. Laundry was available on-site and detergent was provided for a small fee. Great bathroom. A wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung in bester Lage.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos - wir wurden schon erwartet. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung in jeder Hinsicht. Alles, was man braucht, sehr nah. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bank, Apotheke, ein riesiger Biomarkt nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Da es sich um einen (wunderschönen) Altbau handelt, ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig. Aber uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört.

Heerlijk huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, met fijne bedden. Gastvrije ontvangst! Wij waren er vanwege doorreis, maar hadden er graag nog meer tijd doorgebracht. Er is een leuke speeltuinben een bakker vlakbij, en een Dönerzaak tegenover het huis.

Prachtig appartement, super schoon en zeer ruim voorzien van inventaris. Geweldige gastvrouw, die bovendien nuttige tips geeft over de omgeving. Topklasse!

Geen enkel punt van kritiek. Of het moet zijn dat we midden in de nacht wakker schrokken omdat een schilderij van de muur viel in de keuken. Spijkertjes in de muur bleken krom of omgebogen.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Ferienwohnung.

Sehr schöne große und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen gerne behilflich ist. Fahrradverleih zu einem fairen Preis möglich. Man kommt völlig problemlos und schnell per Bus, Bahn oder Fahrrad nach Basel. Die Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür. In Grenzach gibt es gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Tipps: -Mit dem Fahrrad nach Rheinfelden (Ch) und dann nach Schloss Beuggen. -Mit dem Fahrrad am Rhein entlang zum Dreiländereck, dann über die Europabrücke nach Frankreich und in die Petite Camarque Alsacienne fahren.

Mooie, schone vakantie woning.

Het is de bovenste verdieping van een familiewoning. Grote keuken, woonkamer en twee slaapkamers. Zeer schoon! Gastvrouw Sylvia is heel vriendelijk.

Er is geen lift en je moet dus wel 3 trappen op met bagage. Goed om rekening mee te houden. Op de andere twee verdiepingen wonen families. Ook iets om rekening mee te houden.

Ideale tussenstop. We konden ook langer blijven. We stoppen hier zeker nog eens.

- We konden de auto parkeren voor het gebouw op een voorziene parkeerplaats. - We kregen op onze vraag een extra bed voor 1 van onze kinderen. Dit ging zeer vlot en zonder kosten. Het was ook een volwaardig bed. Zo konden we er makkelijk verblijven met onze 4 jonge kids. - Het was zeer proper en alles was voorzien en in voldoende maten. bv. Koffie, vaatwas-tabletjes, handdoeken,... - We konden uitchecken tot 10u30 maar gezien we op doorreis waren konden we ook vroeg vertrekken en de sleutel afleveren op een afgesproken plaats. Wat voor ons zeer handig was. - Bakker en speeltuintje in de buurt.

- bed en vloer kraakte een beetje. Maar viel nog wel mee.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Unkomplizierter check-in, check-'out, nette Vermieterin, netter kleiner Balkon, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, kann man einfach mit dem Bus nach Basel fahren. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Nur zur Info, war für uns kein Problem, die Wohnung ist im 2.Stock ohne Aufzug, vielleicht gut zu wissen wegen dem Gepäck.

Frühstück nur entweder 3 Sterne (Eckert) oder einfache Bäckerei Die Toilette ist für großgewachsene Menschen (> 190 cm) zu tief angebracht
